Whiling the tempering process, high-temperature heating treatment ceramic ink is fused onto the glass's surface; forming a highly durable, long-lasting, and abrasion-resistant colorful& vivid image onto glass.

The glass substrate can be tinted glass, clear float glass, or low iron float glass. The heat treatment is completed Tempered Furnace, therefore digital ceramic printing glass can be treated tempered glass, heat-strengthened glass, or heat soaked glass.

We can finish production as per high-resolution images or CAD design is available (offered by the client). Regarding digital printing glass, the transparency gradients can start and end at any percentage from 100% to 0%.

1. Sanded Edge:  The sanded edges prevent cuts and minimize glass sharpness on the edge, looks foggy. This creates safety when handling the glass. If the edge of your glass will not be seen (framed, standard windows, etc.), this is ideal. For standard orders without specifications on edge work, defaults to sanded edges, there is not extra handling charges for sand edge.

2. Polished Edges: Polished edges require a extra special polished process when grinding the glass. The outcome resolves in a shiny, elegant edge. If the edge of your glass will be showing (tables, art, cabinets, frameless glass railings& doors, etc.) a polished edge would be the best option.

3. Beveled Edge: Similar to a polished edge, a beveled edge is used for creating an elegant design. A beveled edge gets lower towards the edge. It is often used for fancy windows, cabinets, and more!

4. Round Corner: Cut with a radius to form a curved outer edge instead of a sharp angle. They can then be polished or beveled.
