The main investor of this project is Shenzhen Liaoyuan Glass Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1990, located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen. It occupies an area of more than 30,000m2. Its subsidiaries include Liaoyuan Glass, Liaoyuan Industrial, Daxin Yichuang (DXP), and Boli Shijia.
The project is planned to be finished in two phases. The first phase will be office buildings, exhibition halls, and other facilities which occupy about 20,000m2. There are automatic building processed glass production lines and equipment production line of digital printing glass, occupies about 30,000m2; Two staff dormitories occupy about 10,000 square meters.
The second phase of the industry park planned to build 2 R&D centers and laboratories, 2 production bases, and 1 staff dormitory which occupy 90,000m2.
This industry park planned to be completed and put into use within 2 years. Then it is expected to offer nearly 700 positions. With an annual output value of RMB 800 million and annual tax payment of over RMB 40 million.
The New Zhongshan Liaoyuan Industrial Park mainly focuses on the development and manufacturing of new high-temperature inkjet digital printing glass projects, New Eco-friendly Printing Materials, and Building Glass Processing Industry 4.0 intelligent equipment, Safety Glass, High Borosilicate Fireproof Glass, Energy-Saving Building Glass, Insulated Glass with Integral Blinds, and Electronic Glass, etc.
They take on good industrial prospects and the market demands, which can drive the development of upstream and downstream equipment manufacturing and colorful architectural glass production in the industrial chain. According to the "Guide to the Priority of High-Tech Industrialization (2011)" jointly issued by the China National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Intellectual Property Office, this project is a priority high-tech industrialization project.
