60 Minutes Fire Rated Glass-Monolithic Polished Clear Patterned With Wired Glass Thickness 6MM, 6.8MM, 7MM, 10MM

Wired Glass, is patterned glass. In the course of the float glass process, deploys metal wire mesh in the annealed process of float glass, gain float glass with an integrated metal wire mesh. It can be float glass or patterned glass, such as Clear Wired Glass, Ultra-Clear Wired Glass, or Mistlite Patterned Glass, etc. It is a half-finished glass material, can't be tempered or drilled holes.

Wired Glass has several wire patterns: diamond or square wire mesh design, and transparency or obscure patterned glass of clear float glass or ultra-clear glass, they are available in a thickness of 6MM, 6.8MM, 7MM, 10MM, and in a range of bespoke cutting sizes.

1. We offer the Fire-Rated Clear Patterned Wired Glass and Patterned Obscured Wired Glass are perfectly flat. 

2. The integrated metal wire mesh holds the glass in place in case of breakage.

3. It prevents flame from spreading and prevents flashback.

Wired glass is ideal for decorative or architectural applications requiring flame-retardant properties according to EN 13501-2.

Interior applications: walls, furniture, partitions, doors, etc.

Exterior applications: doors and windows, façade, atriums, roofs, etc.

Please note that Wired Glass should not be used in applications that require safety glazing.
