10MM Clear Curved Glass, also referred to as 10MM Clear Bent Glass, is cut 10mm clear float glass that has been heated into the tempered furnace. The glass reaches its softening point and formed into a curved shape, this shape is formed by the adjusted curved module. In the case of gravity bending, the softened glass is placed over or into a mold and cooled down slowly after the required shape is achieved. The course of the cooling process can have two different phases. One is cooling quickly and rapidly by compression airflow to gain tempered curved glass; the other one is cooling it slowly to gain heat-strengthened bent glass.
